HISTORY
I have been painting and working in construction since 1980 as a means to pay for college or make extra money in the summers when I taught high school. I began a small EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finish System - "synthetic stucco") repair company back in 1997 doing primarily patches on stucco that was damaged by birds or hit by yard equipment. In 1998, when a class action suit was filed against some stucco manufacturers, I took training which allowed me to do the repairs on EIFS homes in the Knoxville area that were part of the settlement. Reigo Building Improvement is now the oldest stucco company in Knoxville that focuses on all aspects of EIFS remediation. My training includes courses for certification taught by Finestone, STO, Parex, Dryvit, and Moisture Free Warranty. I am also a certified contractor in the State of Tennessee (ID#00064453).
My business philosophy is very simple. Have a small core of well trained men that are trustworthy and will do the job right. I have personally trained everyone who works with me and know that they will do the job correctly because they take pride in their work and care about our clients. I have intentionally remained small to insure that quality work is done and that honest, hardworking men can be trusted to work in your house. We are fully licensed and insured.
